Preparing for the Trial: As we will be directly working with your hair, we kindly request that you wash your hair prior to your appointment. This will help us achieve the best results and enable you to fully experience the benefits of our products.
Non-Refundable Booking: Please note that the booking amount is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the booking fee will not be refunded.
